Functionality that allows documents uploaded to the Platform to be signed electronically, through the integration of a certified electronic signature service.
Features
The Electronic Signature module makes it possible to have within the Digital Document Platform a simple and certified way to affix electronic signatures to documents uploaded to the Platform and have third parties sign any contracts or documents. The module in question integrated with that of Documenta Managed Services allows the entire process of creating, managing and signing for example a contract to be digitized.
Multi-party digital signature
Any user can request through the platform the Digital Signature of a person in charge of the organization, in addition it is possible to request the signature of a counterparty (e.g., customer, supplier, etc.) through the possibility of issuing a temporary signature certificate to the third party, even if it is not available.
Integrated signature
The Digital Signature module, provides integration with a certified electronic signature service, which sends an 'email to the signing user who can proceed to sign the document using the unique link received in their email inbox .
